"Really good about my dietary stuff"
I stopped in here after running a few errands and being way hungrier than I planned, and they were great about my dairy allergy. I mentioned it kind of casually while ordering, and they handled it without making it a whole big thing or acting annoyed. Everything came out fine, and it was just nice not having to stress about it.

"Took too long to get help"
I had a problem with my booking and asked to speak with the manager, but it took way longer than I expected to get any kind of response. By the time they finally got back to me, it felt rushed, like they were just trying to move on or... I don’t know. The food itself was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the slow response put me off

"Fun idea, but a little tough with kids"
I went with my kids and we had a good time at first, but the cooking part took longer than I expected and they started getting bored quickly. The staff there seemed nice enough, but I’m always a little skeptical of customer service in general, so I wasn’t fully sold just because they were friendly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the easiest thing to do with a family.

"We went here for our anniversary…"
We went here for our anniversary, and overall it was a really nice night without feeling overly fancy or stuffy. Our server was super patient with us since we’d never done fondue before, which helped a lot. Dessert was definitely the highlight. That said, I did feel a little misled by how the pricing came across at first — it ended up being pricier than I expected. Still, for a special occasion, I’m glad we went.

"Cheese Was Definitely Off"
I didn’t even get far with it because the cheese tasted off right away. I was annoyed since I expected it to be fine and didn’t want to waste time figuring out what was wrong with it.

"Good fondue , but small portions"
The fondue was tasty and we did enjoy it , but for the price , the portions felt a bit small . We ended up leaving still a little hungry . Service was fine though , no complaints there .

"Not Worth the Price"
The meat was bland, and for what they’re charging, give me a break. I expected a lot more flavor and overall just didn’t feel like it was worth the price.

I booked it quickly and didn’t run into any issues at all. I was actually doing it while finishing my coffee and trying to get out the door, so I appreciated that it didn’t turn into some complicated process...

I really loved the chill vibe here, it just felt warm and cozy without trying too hard or being overly fancy, like the kind of place where you can actually relax, settle in, and enjoy yourself without feeling out of place

"Easy Parking Made the Night Start Off Right"
I went to The Melting Pot last weekend, one of the best parts for me was how easy the parking was. I know that might sound minor, but I’m the kind of person who gets instantly annoyed if I have to circle around forever before dinner. We were already running a little late, so finding a spot close by right away was such a relief. It put me in a better mood before we even walked in. I’d definitely go back, especially knowing parking isn’t a hassle.

"I’m always a little nervous ordering fondue…"
I’m always a little nervous ordering fondue because I feel like it’s one of those things that can look good on the menu but end up being overpriced or just kind of disappointing. But this one was really good. It came out warm and super smooth, not clumpy or weird like I’ve had at other places. The flavor was rich without feeling too heavy, and the bread, veggies, and apples all worked really well with it. I was worried I’d feel fooled by the hype, but nope, I’d definitely go back just for the cheese.

"I found it easy to use…"
I found it easy to use overall, which I really appreciate because I’m not a fan of complicated setups. That said, it did feel a little slow at times. Personally, I’d still take something simple over something fast but confusing, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

"Got sorted, but it took a while"
I had this issue with my order and support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times and chase them on that, which was kind of annoying. They did fix it in the end, so that was fine, but the whole thing just felt like more hassle than it needed to be.

"Pricey, but somehow worth it?"
I’ll be honest, the prices had me a little confused at first because it’s definitely not cheap. But we did the 4 course meal for a date night and ended up leaving really full, so I guess it made sense in the end. Our server explained what was included, and thankfully there weren’t any weird surprises on the bill. I wouldn’t come here every week or anything, but for the amount of food and the whole experience, it felt like good value.

"Fondue was a bit underwhelming"
I was really looking forward to the fondue, but it tasted bland to me. It was warm and smooth, which was nice, but I kept expecting a little more flavor with each bite and it just never really came through.

"Way More Options Than I Expected"
I went to The Melting Pot and, i was kind of annoyed by how much there was to choose from — in a good way, I guess. Cheese, salads, different meats, seafood, and then all the dessert options on top of that. It took us a bit to decide, but everyone at the table found something they actually liked, even my picky friend, which was a small miracle. The whole dinner ended up being fun and not boring at all. I’d definitely go back.

We had a reservation, which I naively thought meant we’d be seated somewhat near that time, but we still waited almost 40 minutes. After that, drinks took ages, and the next course wasn’t exactly rushing out either. The staff was nice enough, so at least there’s that, but the whole night just dragged on and on. If you’re actually hungry or have anywhere to be afterward, maybe bring a snack or pick somewhere else

"Not Really Worth a Return Visit"
The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the cocktails were a letdown. They tasted weak and almost watered down, which made the whole experience feel disappointing. Personally, I don’t think it was worth the price, and I probably wouldn’t go back.

This was our first time here, and it felt like a nice little reminder of how much a good dining experience comes down to the people. Our server took the time to explain everything without making it feel overwhelming, and they kept checking in just enough to make sure we were good. The food was fun, the whole experience felt easy and welcoming, and we left genuinely happy.
